Audiovox SMT 5600 / SPV C500 (HTC Typhoon)

I've had the SMT 5600 for about 6 months now and I just had my first accidental drop. The battery cover got pretty scuffed up, as did the black piece that surrounds the camera. Any suggestions on how to get replacement parts or a new housing? Audiovox.com said I need to ship them the phone for an estimate, and I found the exact parts on ebay but the seller's photo shows a red streak on the pieces so I don't want to mess with that. Some guys on ebay even have all the phone pieces for $55 + $20 s/h but for that much I think I can deal with the scuffs.
Any suggestions would be great!
