I am very interested in trading in my SE s710 for this phone- mostyly because I like the syncing with outlook and reading pdf files, but the video looks cool too. Anyway, does this phone have a way to program soft keys to easily switch to texting, voicemai, media like I have programmed on my s710a?

What I love about this phone is you can change the homescreen so you can see how many textmessages, voicemails and emails you have all at once while also providing easy access just by scrolling down the homescreen and clicking.

Not sure what you mean by putting shortcuts on the screen, perhaps you're referring to the most recently used applications on the upper part of the homescreen? Those come and go obviously, with the most recent on the left side.

Thank you for your help. You seem to know a lot about this phone. I have another question. I can't seem to install any programs onto my phone through sync. I downloaded some program that is supposed to be for ms mobile 2003, but when it is about to start installing on the phone I get a message saying that its not an appropriate device. Would you know anything about that?
