Has anyone else read this article that claims Cingular, not AT&T carry the Audiovox 5600?

"Cingular Wireless currently offers the following devices that rely on Windows Mobile software:

The Audiovox SMT5600 is the world's smallest Smartphone and offers comprehensive data, voice and multimedia features all in one compact yet stylish handset. Equipped with Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition software for Smartphones, it is the first Smartphone with Microsoft Windows Media Player 10 Mobile. It also features Microsoft Outlook, removable storage onto a mini SD card slot, and connectivity through Bluetooth and IrDA.

I have an SMT5600 with AT&T. I paid $36 to get unlocking software which worked great. I switched over to Cingular and everything on the phone worked perfect, but I could not access the internet because Cingular told me they did not have internet setting for the SMT5600 because it was an AT&T phone. Does anyone have internet setting for Cingular network for an Audiovox SMT5600? I would like to switch carriers, but love my phone!
