voice dialing??

I.ve gotten most of all the tweaks and everything but for the life of me I can not figure out the voice dialing...how do you do this?

I have been successful using voice dial through the bluetooth and without. Remember, the keypad lock must be OFF in order for you to use the voice commands (posted earlier by someone - thanks!) What is your specific problem?

For some reason when I held the down volume key it just beeped Talking with AT&T techs, I just had to re-record all my voice tags and it seems to work now. They had no explanation for the problem.
