Connecting to a laptop to provide internet access

I used to connect my laptop to my SE T68i and was able to access the Internet, although it was rather slow. I could connect via the IR port or bluetooth and it worked fine. I tried using the same settings with the Audiovox using bluetooth but it will not connect. Has anyone tried to use their phone in this manner and if so what were the settings that you used on the laptop in order for it to connect successfully to the Internet?

Thanks

It did not work for me either. Also, if you have the "mMode" plan ($25 unlimited) there is a charge of $0.01 to use it in this way (which they call "tethering"). If you plan to use the DUN via this phone, and use a lot, consider the $80 unlimited data plan. Once you get the BT working, that is!
