How do you down load video to the smt 5600?
I am not sure how to download and playback video files on this phone. Could someone help me. Thanks in advance.

Same way you do with music. It has to be in a format that Windows Media Player understands. From there, you can just synchronize it to the phone (called "Copy to Device" in Medial Player 9 and earlier).
For best results, be sure your PC is running Windows Media Player 10.
