Windows Media Player - no sound

I uploaded a 192KBit MP3. The phone converted it to its internal format. I then loaded the song in WMP; the time counts down but I don't hear anything.

I plugged in some wired headphones, I hear other sounds (menu clicks and all that). Profile is on normal.

Ideas?

Way cool, I rebooted it a few more times and for some reason that did it!
