NO EXTERNAL CALLER ID???
No external 2nd display will severely limit the number of phones that Nokia will sell... NOT good planning on their part... Sad.

I'd buy one even though I can't afford it. Actually the most common phone in my area is the Samsung A600, one of the most expensive phone available for our area and has no ext display. It is just like this but its CDMA and no PTT. No external display means it'll be lighter, use less power and cheaper than with external display. This phone was designed with the mass market in mind.

ok, you know the flip can be rotated right??? so the main lcd can be act as your external display... just a thought 🙄

it's a shame that this clamshell phone of nokia with all the great features, ie bluetooth, camera and video, mp3 player, web browser etc, do not sport the ever famous external caller id of clamshell phones. i've been waiting for nokia to release a decent clamshell phone, and when i thought that this might be it, it broke my heart to know that it does not have the external caller id, 😢 i'd buy it anyways.. hehehe

I finally got the phone after waiting so long for it's release and i agree it is a bit annoying that there is no external caller Id but there are some pretty cool features that compensate for this. I am still trying to setup the VPN has anyone managed to achieve this yet? 🙂
