Learn to keep your current customers then merge. You can have the coolest phones, the most up to date network and the cute roll over commercials and that still doesn't matter. As soon as your customers complete their contract they dump you on the side of the road like the flea infested verments you are. It's customer satisfaction and loyalty that make a good company. In order to achieve that the employees need to actually believe in the company. All the rest is secondary.
