PC SUITE SOFTWARE PATCH ?
The phone connects via the USB cable and the mRouter tray icon turns blue/green.... and double clicking it confirms "connected" on USB cable
HOWEVER....
when PC suite is opened.... is says "offline" and "disconnected"
I am using Windows XP and I was told that this issue must be resolved by applying a software patch.... however I cannot find the patch on line anywhere
