Upload ringtones from comp?
Can you take a ringtoen you just made (.mmf) and upload it to your phone from your computer? Do you have to buy a cord or is this not possible?

I have been able to upload .mmf ringtones to my phone using a cheap data cable that I bought on ebay. I followed the instructions from the thread I pasted below and it worked fine. The only problem I have is that I cant download pics from the phone to my PC.

Here's the best solution I could come up with after wasting almost 8 hours on this...
I was able to transfer images and ringtones to the L1400 using English version of software for L1100 and IR connection with my laptop. Java apps and photos did not work. Here's how you do it.
Get the british software from here.
