Audiovox PPC-6600 / PPC-6601 / XV6600 (HTC Harrier)

I am looking for a good PDA and phone in one. I am not looking for extra costs other than my basic phone package I have. I do not wish to add the high speed data service Verizon offers. In the past I have had headaches with Palm. We now have a new windows 2003 exchange server in the office. I wish to sync seamlessly with my desktop...NO ISSUES! I do not require my e-mails be updated outside the office. I just want my new e-mails and appointments to sync when I am in the office. It would be nice to reply to e-mails while out of the office and I can send them when I come back in the office and sync. All of the other features such as games, camera & MP3 is a bonus.
