Got it. ßroken. The sounds are all stuttery. Also the unit won't power off. I hold button but that only turns-of back light. PDA is still on, still takes input. I have to wait for unit to power off itself. Did I do something wrong? I installed update and some programs. I am getting it replaced. Don't want to ruin another one. Hard and soft reset don't help.
