Oh, God, yes! 
I thought I was the only one. It has happened at least 3 times now and seems to happen for no reason -- most recently by merely inserting into the docking station to sync. I keep losing all of my settings, Today screens, after-market programs, etc. It is extremely frustrating! 
I am hoping that someone can help explain why this is happening and if there is anything that we can do to avoid it.
