Default Start-up
My mother has a Sidekick Color and accidentally placed over 100 minutes of calls in the first month while learning to use the phone. She's deaf and this was her first cell phone/pager.
By default when the SK is first powered up it goes to the Cell Phone screen. Since this phone is extremely popular with people who are deaf or hearing-impaired, I would think it makes sense to allow a customer to choose a default start-up screen. I asked T-Mobile about this, since deaf people primarily use AOL's IM or the text message capability and would, therefore, prefer to begin with anything but a cell phone screen (which they can't use).
