I just bought and returned the 7610 because i need to sync with a Mac (please let's not have THAT discussion here). It seems that some Nokia series 60 phones use mRouter and some SyncML. Only the ones with mRouter work with the Mac. So any answers here? Or anyway to tell which Nokia phones will or won't use mRouter?

I'm also a Mac user, and am (still) using an old Nokia 3650 from T-Mobile. One of the reasons why is b/c it syncs with my Mac effortlessly. My first suggestion is not to use the Nokia software, but rather Mac's iSync application. It picks up on my Nokia via Bluetooth and syncs just fine. You may want to go to the Apple website and look up iSync supported phones before buying one. It may also have info on mRouter vs. SyncML. Hope this helps a bit.

Thanks. The Mac forums are where I got the information about why the 7610 wouldn't work with iSync. Apple seems a little slow in the pickup of new phones. I was trying to see whether this phone specifically had mRouter or whether Nokia considered mRouter a dated technology.
