Memory card for MP3 player & camera??? :?

I'm not able to find anything regarding this phone's "MP3 player", other than it has one. Does that mean I can grab a 512 mb card, load up my tunes, and play them? Or is this thing just capable of MP3 ringtones or something?

Help!

And thanks!

from what i've read and been told, this phone does in fact have an MP3 player, using mini-SD cards or the 20 MB of included memory on the phone.

Also, i've heard that the mini-SD card is not only for MP3's. You can use it for transfering pictures, videos, and to listen MP3's. I think you can use those MP3's as ringtones as well.

Now it is up to Sprint to decide to allow these transferring features. I hope they do because Picture Mail/Video Mail is a slow and costly process.

😁 Thanks for the info, azndano! That sounds pretty impressive if it's correct (which I'll take your word for! 😉 ) The big unknown is how much Sprint will cripple these functions. I'm not a PictureMail user- too costly for what it's worth. And I know they just added a music streaming service thru Vision for their multimedia phones, so it's possible they could decide to totally disable this thing. Time will tell. I just got an MM-7400 and am pretty happy with the basic functions, but if Sprint keeps the LG MM-535's camera and MP3 player functions user-accessible, I'd consider taking it back and upgrading. Thanks again!
🙂
