LG PM-325

here is my situation: i have a lg pm-325 a buddy of mine purchased from ebay. it was sold as a sprint phone and listed as a sprint phone. the phone came shipped with no carrier branding meaning its unlocked. no mms services were programmed in the phone what-so-ever. nothing related the phone i have in my hand to sprint until last night. my buddy stopped by a sprint pcs store where a tech notified him the phone was indeed unlocked and the esn told him and us so. so the tech re-flashed the device with sprint software but that didn't im prove much but now the phone's screen has sprints logo on the power of and on screens. the coverage in places where the sanyo 8300 gets five bars this lg gets 1-2. everywhere else is a crapshot. the bluetooth is supposedly fully obex but it wont connesct to any full obex bluetooth devices. we now know it wont have all of the sprint capable features but is the bluetooth fully obex or is it not on this phone? the tech at the store who sounded a little off said this phone was a vzw one that was unlocked and re-flashed with standard lg software. but i dont remember this being a vzw phone. and his re-flashing didn't help the bluetooth. so this phone full obex or is it not? and if mines is locked to think not can it be unlocked?
