By automatically answering do you mean auto answer similar to a wired headset or do you mean you can press the answer/end button on the headset and not have to touch the phone at all?
One that I have had personal success with is the Plantronics M2500, it doesn't get staticky without interference (Bluetooth runs on the same frequency as 2.4ghz home cordless phones) my only issue is that it doesn't have a noise cancelling mic, so when I ride the motorcycle I'll have to be either stopped or under 20mph.
I have also heard the Motorola HS850 is pretty good too.
