Start Up and Shut Down Tones
Anyway to silence the Start Up and Shut Down tones aside from turning down the volume - which is a pain to remember? I really hate them!

I can't find out how to do this either. Same with the low battery beep...anyone know how to silence these??

Not sure about the startup/shutdown tones, but I think the low battery beep can be avoided by changing the "reminders" setting under the ring styles to vibrate or off instead of "beep". I haven't tried it yet because my battery is fully charged but this may work.

Turn off your keypad tones...it should take care of it. It does on my V600.
