I have the NEC 525 and I must say, this phone has disappointed me more than any other phone I have ever owned. Here are my problems with it and if for some reason I have missed something and the complaints have a solution that I didn't find (other than getting a new phone which I have already done), by all means let me know cause right now the only thing I use this phone for is a paperweight.
1) No speakerphone function
2) No REAL voicedialing function
3) No active flip (you have to open the flip and then press a button. Who would think that was a good thing?)
4) Screen hard to see in the daylight
5) Confused menu
6) No bluetooth.
I could forgive not having bluetooth if it just had a speakerphone and an activeflip funtion but no dice. Aside from that, it's a very beautiful phone and I love looking at it. I wrote NEC with these complaints and haven't heard back from them. My question is: how can a company release a phone so thoroughly flawed and think "hey, this is great!"?
