Un-Locked??

Anybody know as to whether or not you could buy this phone un-locked?
I'd sure like to buy this phone and use it with one of our primitive Canadian service providers. (US providers are primitive compared to the Asians and Europeans; Canada service providers are S*** compared to US.)
