Motorola RAZR V3

I was on a call when suddenly the voice record function came on and started recording. I stopped it and then it said voice record was full. I finished my call, hung up, and the next time I tried to use the phone, the screens were both blank, except for the Bluetooth light on the outer screen and the number pad is illuminated. No response from the buttons, but I seem to be able to power it on and off.

This is my BF's phone (dang!) so I know nothing about Razr's. Help a gal, if you please....
