Motorola RAZR V3

My phone works great except I cannot get the bluetooth to work to copy the photos off of it to my laptop. When I turn the bluetooth to discoverable it finds my laptop. The Razr then says, "Service not supported". I know the bluetooth is working properly on the laptop since it picks up my wife's phone and can transfer files to and from the laptop. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I do not have motorola phone tools installed. Thank you very much,
