Motorola's Address book

Does anyone know if Motorola has any plan at all to improve their address book functionality? I read that you can only have one phone # per contact!

It seems my dream of a good BT flip phone will go unfulfilled a while longer...

I also have the v710 and currently use Motorola Phonetools 2.0 to sync my phone to Outlook. When I sync with 2.0 a whole new contact gets created in the phone for every phone number an individual has. You might end up with 4 John Smith's, one each for home, cell, work, fax. If I key them in manually, I can put in multiple numbers per contact. It's not a big deal but if you have to scroll through your contacts on the phone you have to scroll past a lot of contacts with the same name and that can get old.

In the Bengalboy review of it it shows 3 entries for the same person in the phone book with different numbers. Is this how this list displays?

I'm a UI designer so stuff like this bugs the crap out of me. I guess someday I'll just have to design a phone myself....
