Just called Cingular Customer Service! Good NEWS
Yesterday,
I called Cingular. I ask them if the Motorola RAZR V3 would be out anytime soon. They said that too expect it in mid Oct-Early November. So be on the lookout. And they do not know the price yet, but the guy i spoke to seem to be pretty knowledgeable and said probably 350-100 mail in rebate for new activation, and 400-500 for existing. 😁

It will almost certainly NOT be offered by Verizon. This is a GSM phone, Verizon uses CDMA...
Unless Moto converts this to a CDMA phone, which is highly unlikely...

more money for a existing customer? that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Sometimes I wonder what is like to be a ceo of a corporation. Must be CAKE. Verizon will never ever get cool GSM phones!! EVER!!! They are going to be so behind with GSM. Now since 3G is out. GSM is going to be phase out yrs down the road.
