External display does not show caller id
I was wondering if anyone else have had similar issue and how it could be fixed.
My T-mobile razr's external display stopped showing the wallpaper suddenly on one day.
Since then, it displays the white background with t-mobile icon on it.
It does not display the time, network availability etc.
When I get a call, it does not show caller ID.
When I flip open the phone, it won't connect.
I'll have to press a button to answer the call.
If I have some menu or something open and I close the flip, it won't go away. Next time I open the flap, the last screen would be staring at me as is.
The situation is very annoying. I tried Master Clear and Master reset both. Dis not work. 😢
