How do you HARD RESET?
My V3 Razr, without warning, just all of a sudden lost all function of the keys EXCEPT the on/off button. Eveyrthing other button just shows the ringer volume when pressed. Anyone have any ideas about this, or how I can reset from the off position? Thanks!!!

I don't know how to do a hard rest on this phone. i just got it about 5 days ago. For some reason, I am having a network problem with texting. It seems that when I send a multiple text, I get none back until I turn off my phone and turn it back on. This happens ALL the time. I also hear a weird static in the speaker EVEN when the phone is not in use... it's so weird.
Maybe it's because I bought the black Razr unlocked on www.eBay.com haha
