I see there the V3 has a built in speakerphone. How well does that work? Is the quality good enough to use in the car for hands-free rather than a headset?

Hey I'm a T Mobile user and T Mobile is offering me the Rzr for $137 plus 69.99 off a months bill wihch brings the phone to 67.01+tax and I have been thinking about it

I also wanna know about the speakerphone, can you activate it BEFORE the other party answers? cuz I have a V600 and you cant enable Speakerphone til a couple of seconds until they answer which sucks.
