There is Nothing Wrong with the KX1 (SoHo) phone.
As a matter of fact, I'm in the process of trying to get one of these transfered from the provider I bought it from to Cricket service for my oldest kid.
If anyone says these are junk, its because they have a vested interest in a different phone.
