I don't think it's correct. The phonebook can hold up to 200 phone NUMBERS. The entry can hold up to 5 numbers, but the phone book capacity is 200 numbers not entries according to Kyocera specs. As for the defective phones argument - I've got four of them, all are made in Mexico, all have iffy sound, and I got them less then a month ago, so a new potential customer is likely to get a phone made by the same factory with the same problems.
