Almost all of the reviews are positive. There are a few negatives, from people who evidently got a "lemon", which is possible with any phone. Just take it back and get another, guys, don't bad mouth the model itself!
I've had mine for 9 months plus, and it's performed exceptionally well, great reception, clear speakerphone, I sound great at the other end (they tell me), what more can one want?
The only negatives I have found is that the phonebook only holds 200 entries -- most phones today take 500. But each entry can have up to 5 numbers. Also, the alarm sounds only if the phone is turned on. Most phones' alarms turn on at the alarm time and then sound.
I highly recommend it. Don't listen to the few detractors. They either got a lemon unit or they have some axe to grind. This phone's average user rating is higher than most of the Moto's and LG's that are highly thought of.
