Kyocera KX1 or Motorola V60i

I need to add a second line to my plan, but don't want a contract. I want to purchase a plain vanilla phone.

Should I opt for the new SoHo KX1, or get the venerable V60i?

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

dude you have to be dumb...you mine as well buy a new phone because no matter what, if you change an account with any carrier (switch plan, add a line, upgrade a phone) you are going to renew your contract.

Apparently not as dumb as you. Alltel lets you add a line with no contract as long as you provide the phone, or buy one outright from them. You can drop at anytime, paying only for the pro-rated month of use.

If you don't believe me give them a call at
1-800-UR-STUPID!
