It's very funny you posted this! I was just posting how useless I felt vibrate and ring at the same time is - and that I want my LG Triton to have Vibrate THEN ring - because I got used to it!
For me Vibrate THEN Ring is important because I am in meetings much of the day and I can leave the phone in this mode.

1. When it vibrates and I don't want it to ring then I touch any button and it shuts up.
2. If I leave the phone on my desk or in the kitchen then it will eventually ring and I won't miss the call.
3. When I misplace the phone I can call it and find it when it rings.

But - you make a good point about vibrate and ring at the same time as a double way to let you know you have a call. It seems like it would be VERY easy to support Vibrate AND Ring as well as Vibrate THEN Ring. These are real no-brainer features!
