I am interested in purchasing this phone. Can anyone tell me if it has a pin code activation to turn on the phone so that it can be protected from unauthorized users?

I just did purchase mine with Qwest Wireless, and have not had to do that yet. Also, in the "security" menu, didn't see anything to that effect.
