The Voice Services software folks are voicesignal.com. The have a very nice cheap piece of software that lets you download your Outlook Contacts,
It's called PCLink. Go to the address above to find it. I tried it over the last couple of days using the Radio Shack cable that they recommend. It's working beautifully.

My Radio Shack doesn't know of a data cable for the A700. I called Samsung and they said they weren't going to make one for this phone. Can you please give me the manufacturer and model # or Radio Shack's product # for the cable you got? Also, Can you upload pictures from your PC with this cable? Thanks

Hi. It's clear that there seems to be some confusion. Here is the verbiage from voice signal-
"(You will need a data cable to connect your phone to the PC. We recommend the 17-784 data cable available at Radio Shack.)"
I had no problem buying this cable at my local Radio Shack. I have no idea about pictures, I was just concerned about moving my contacts.
