ATT should recall them all a give back your money.
I have tried to use an PPC 4100 since mid August. It locks up two to three times a day and when it locks up it discharges the battery very quickly leaving me with a phone that won't work and has a dead battery.
It is difficult to use with one hand and the speaker phone is hard to use.
I finally when and got a Treo 650 from Sprint and it is great - I now know I wasted my money on the Audiovox
