has WI-FI bluetooth, can I use my bluetooth headset too?

I am researching phones, anybody out there try connecting WI-FI using BT with a BT headset. Can you have 2 BT connections going on at the same time?

to my knowledge wi-fi and bluetooth are 2 completely different connections.
