I want to know what the Res. is on the camera.

oh that sucks..i thought it was MP cam...well that's out of the question...then getting this phone.

What does VGA mean? How bad is that? Can you compare it to my 2.3 megapixel camera, or even a 1.3 mp camera? Will I be able to print out the pictures I take, or will they be too fuzzy?

On a PC, VGA is 640 x 480, and when you multiply that out, you get 307,200 pixels. So that is .3 megapixels.
Not sure if the HP 6315 has that resolution, but that's what VGA means.
