hey guys right now im on my third ipaq that has been exchanged. the damn thing is garbage, a 600$ paper to be exact. even worse is tmobile takes no responsibility for it as usual. instead of exchanging the phone for one of equal value (treo) they say all they can do is keep sending me ipaqs. when i tell them its just the phone thats defective they say the only way around it is to buy a new phone and they give a $5 credit for my inconvenience. I've had 3 exchanges within 3 weeks and 2 of those were within 3 days. problems with the phone are: refusing to answer calls (unable to answer call message), freezing when trying to answer a call on the other line, freezing while in sleep mode which makes the phone ignore calls, hard resets on its own, poor sound quality on the other end, and horrible signal strength. oh yea and it occassionally doesnt recognize the sd card i paid $140 for.
