LG VX-4700 / VX-4650 / AX-4750 / UX-4750

i recently updated to v11 for the 4700. now only when i talk to someone with the headset, if they make a noise they can no longer hear me. this is very annoying because i have to repeat myself alot. at the same time my g/f updated her phone and is having the same problem. took the phone to verizon, got a special order f.r.u. and that pos does the same thing. no it is no the headset, i've tried 10 different headsets. i just want to know if anyone has had a similar problem?
