VX4650 and ERI-Has Anyone Else's CHANGED recently?

Maybe I'm nuts but I could swear I had no ERI banner on my first 4650. When I activated my second (replacement) yesterday I now have an ERI banner. I never saw 'Extended Network' on the first one and now do on the second. I've done *228 on both and the PRL is 50331 on the second one. I THOUGHT is was different on the first.
