The e316 has officially been released by AT&T. It is in stores now but not currently on their website. We'll have to wait and see when it will be offered online. Most likely in a day or two.

reading on infosyncworld.com it states that the release date is aug. 11th.

I'm sorry to hear that it wasn't in your AT&T store Oripaamoni. 🙄 I'm telling you exactly what was in my store. By the way, the MSRP is $319.99, $199.99 after rebates with 2-year activiation.

they actally just got them in today, i think im gonna order mine from the website cuz then i dont have to wait to get the 50 dollar mail in rebate
