new to 6255i from us cell. need advise on headphones for listening to music via radio and mps's what do you use? Would like to use my ear buds ... is there an adapter so I can use the larger size pin in the 6255i?

Is it true that I can play only one mp3 (song) at a time? no matter what size mmc i have? Need to know before I go put and buy a card??

thanks in advance to a newbie here!

To use your phone as an MP3 player (play all your songs trough) Go to Menu- Media- Media Player- Open Gallery. You'll be able to pick either from your memory card or anything saved on the actual phone from there.

Oh yeah, and any place that sells little electronic bits and peices (like Radioshack) would have an adapter you can plug into the headset jack to use your ear buds.

Well I think any standard 2.5mm jack, cell phone earbuds will work. What I wonder are the Nokia headphones. If anybody tried them let me know! 😉

I've used a older adapter but only get mono sound. u can try and get one from Radioshack I think it's like $2.

Just to add about the Music Player, once the player scans for all the songs, u can play any song upto 200. u can also play them individually or random select. 🙂

to play mp3 or radio in stereo ... you need the actual poop port connector headphones
(hs-3) the little jack in the top is for mic/earbud and the cheap ones on ebay are mono or dual mono..... the player works very similar to any mp3 player on the market, once you get your mp3 directory set up you can have as many songs as your card will hold. you can also do random playback. also the phone will support up to 2Gb not just the 128 that nokia says. I have 512 and a friend has 1Gb ...
