This is for verizon
It has cdma2000 1xRTT which is verizon's signature.

Verizon is incredibly picky. Just because it is technically manufactured for them doesn't mean it is going to come into their lineup. If you want Nokia phones, kick and scream and let Verizon corporate know it (not store level). Until then what you see in the current lineup is all you are going to get.

Check your facts hkopolov. If you had looked at the Nokia phone that is currently available for Sprint, the 6225, or for that matter any phone that supports the Sprint Vision service, then you would know that they are all "cdma2000 1xRTT." The quote from the Sprint site on phone scoop says as much: "Sprint recently upgraded their network to the cdma2000 1xRTT standard, providing high-speed data service." This doesn't serve as proof that this phone is for Verizon.

This phone is scheduled to arrive at Sprints test facility late summer. It is definitely a Sprint phone per the SE resional Nokia rep. Indicated probably would not be available til Jan 05. People really ought to do their homework before lettting their mouth override their brain. 😛
