The main issues with the phone are that its pretty big and bulky, and, unfortunately, its just not built to last. LOTS of people report that the phone tends to crack and ultimately come apart at the hinge. My friends' 6256 went down this way after only about a year, and my own is starting to develop cracks as well. BAD design by Nokia. 😢

It's really a shame... other than the that, the phone is very good. But if the damn thing falls apart on you, what good is it?
