there just cell phones people,, nothing else, doesnt matter what phone you own, you wont impress anyone cause everyone has a cell phone anyhow, so who cares if nextel doesnt have phones that record and take usless blurry pictures, who cares if nextel's phones are a little bigger in size,, people, dont be pathetic, the purpose of a cell phone is to make a call, i have had nextel for 3 years and i am always able to make a call when i need too, thats what counts, so smarten up, spend your cash on something more useful that a stupid fancy cell phone every other month and move on in life,, its a phone, and only a phone! nothing else.. get it??

You are right! I don't think that it is necessary to go out and buy a phone every other month, just because "Oooooh, it has a camera on it!" America, is it really worth spending that much money just for the camera feature or something that you more than likely not use? Keep your brick and move on!

I too agree. I admit, I am a gadget fan, and I used to use the Treo 600 to it's fullest - when I had a job that demanded it that is - but when I changed jobs, and wireless needs, I ebay'd the treo and became obsessed over finding the best small, sleek and feature rich phone - after being unsatisfied with a SE T616, then 4 defective V600's... I came to the realization that what i needed was not a camera phone with video playback, bluetooth, , mms, wallpapers, "50 cent" ring tones, infrared, etc but a really good cell phone that was good at making and receiving phone calls and a good plan to go with it.

Enter the i830 - small, sleek,amazing speaker, durable housing (my v600 was fragile as glass), just a good phone all around. it is feat...
