Increase Volume for i830?
Is there a way to increase the volume to make the ear speaker louder. It seems that when I put the volume to level 7, it's still not loud enough.

Nope, 7 is the maximum level. Take it to Nextel, tell them its not loud enough and you need a new one. If your plan is properly insured they should fix it no charge.
