No. WCDMA and CDMA are totally different and incompatible.

Don't let the name fool you. Basically, if there are 20 major components of a standard like this, WCDMA and CDMA share only one of them. Unfortunately, it just happens to be the one included in the name, which causes a lot of confusion.

That's a vast oversimplification, but you get the idea. WCDMA has more in common with GSM than with CDMA, although really it's very different from both.
