NO 850???

Okay, sorry for the confusion, but it turns out the A845 does have GSM 850. Embarassed The specs have been corrected.

At CTIA and since, Motorola repeatedly said the A845 would not have it, but they just changed their mind. I don't know if they got 850 working at the last minute, or it was all a mistake, but I can now say with certainty that the GSM bands for the A845 are 850/1800/1900.

Again, sorry for the mix-up!

Well.. from my understanding.. A845 always had 850 working.. However ATT Wireless was not too keen on GSM850 till they announced their merger with Cingular (which has some NWs on 850)

Yes, it supports GSM at 850Mhz and 1900Mhz.
